When to Reach Out for Help
Feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, and stress are completely NORMAL!
Those feelings are our bodies way of letting us know that we're not feeling safe and we need to take a break. However, sometimes it can be difficult to tell if what we're feeling is "normal," or if it's time to reach out for help. Take a look at the infographic on the left to see if what you're feeling falls on the "I'm okay" side or the "I should reach out" side.
If one or more of your feelings falls on the "I should reach out" side, please go to our contacts link and reach out to one of your school social workers or psychologists.
